With their victories on Monday, the Hershey Bears and the Manitoba Moose are the AHL’s Eastern and Western Conference champions for 2009.
The Bears and Moose will meet in the Calder Cup Finals beginning later this week. It will be the third Finals appearance in four years and the 21st overall for Hershey, while Manitoba will be playing for the Cup for the first time in franchise history.
