Jean-Michel Daoust, Chad Rau and Colton Gillies scored in the final three rounds as Houston rallied from a 2-0 deficit in the shootout to pull out a 4-3 victory over Hamilton at the Toyota Center on Tuesday night.

Houston staved off playoff elimination once again on Friday by virtue of a 4-3 double-overtime win over Manitoba in Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals at Toyota Center.
Tony Hrkac’s second goal of the night 4:19 into the second overtime period sent the series back to Winnipeg with the Aeros now trailing 3-2. Houston was won consecutive OT games after falling behind in the series 3-0.
